Warranty Certificate

This certificate grants a 36-month warranty (“Warranty Period”) from the date of delivery of the product to the customer.
The warranty will be valid only upon presentation of the purchase invoice.
The cost of shipping the product back to the customer shall be borne solely by the customer. Contact us via email [email protected]
Repair of the product will be carried out exclusively by IQZOO Ltd. or someone on its behalf.
IQZOO Ltd. undertakes to repair any defect found in the product during the warranty period free of charge, including replacement of the product or parts thereof, at the discretion of the company, provided that the defect/malfunction/flaw was not caused by intentional action or use not in accordance with the instructions for use provided with the product.
If the defect/malfunction/flaw was caused by one of the following reasons, IQZOO Ltd. is entitled to demand payment for the repair or replacement of the product, including parts thereof:
a. Force majeure after delivery of the product to the consumer.
b. Malice or negligence of the consumer or a third party.
c. Use or maintenance not in accordance with the written instructions for use provided.
d. Repair or change made by someone not authorized by IQZOO Ltd.
IQZOO Ltd. undertakes to hold a stock of spare parts for payment until the end of the warranty period.
The warranty does not cover:
a. Products that are not manufactured by IQZOO Ltd. and/or are not imported by it.
b. Minor defects or deviations from the product specification, which are not significant to the value or usability of the product.
c. Products that have undergone substantial changes or additions not made by IQZOO Ltd.
Do not remove or change the identification label on the product or its parts. Removal or change may prevent or make it difficult to exercise warranty rights. To receive service, the purchase invoice must be presented.
Repair of a defect during the warranty period will restore the product to its condition prior to the defect. If replacement parts are required, the replacement parts will be original and new.
If repair of the product is not possible, IQZOO Ltd. will provide the consumer with an identical or similar product in quality and value, or will refund the consideration paid for the product, at the choice of IQZOO Ltd.
Limitation of Liability – Claims not explicitly stated in these warranty conditions are not included, as long as there is no other legal obligation. This includes consequential damage, loss of profits, loss of information or cessation of operation.
Effectiveness of Law – The warranty is subject to the laws in the country where the product was first purchased, and must be interpreted in accordance with these laws. Does not apply to an agreement or contract for the international sale of goods.
